Danny’s Great Idea
My husband Danny works in a very crowded warehouse. The owners encourage employees to contribute ideas to help things run smoothly, and one evening my husband came up with a great idea. Instead of having so many bulky forklifts in the warehouse, they should instead purchase skid steer loader forks. They can do the same job as a forklift, but they use much less space to do it. My husband got promoted to foreman just 3 months after he made this suggestion. The warehouse runs much better now, and there is much more room for everyone. All because he believed in his idea!
