Outside Help
My pay per click campaign needs a better return on investment than I am currently getting. The employee I hired to handle this stuff seems to be more interested in playing on social networking sites than he is on improving my advertising. I’ve warned him twice now and I’m operating on the three strikes you’re out basis. That third strike is coming soon. One thing I have decided is that is would cheaper and easier to hire an outside sem firm rather than bring someone else into my business. The fees have to be cheaper than what I am paying this employee and I don’t have to constantly stay on top of them. It they do a bad job, I just choose another.
