Setting up a UK company
There’s a perception that it’s tough to setup a limited company in the UK, but it just isn’t true. Its actually quite cheap, fast and easy to get incorporated and start trading.
Buying limited companies is actually very simple. If you’re a UK citizen, you just need to register a company via one of the many company formation agents out there.
Luckily, its a simple and fast process in most cases.
Incorporating typically takes a few business days, and involves you filling out a relatively simple form on the formation agent’s website, which is then submitted to Companies House for approval.
Getting your bank account is also relatively easy.
Again, public perception is that getting a business bank account is tough, but that often isn’t the case.
Some formation agents have direct ties with some of the big banks, and can fast-track business bank accounts and make the process quite simple and straightforward.
