My Take On “China Eyes U.S. Defense Contracts”

What could go wrong? There are implications to ponder as evidenced by the current arms-trade relationship between Russia and China. . It is well known fact that Russia has been selling 40 percent of its arms to China as it has been bulk-buyer of Russian arms. But it is reported that its trade has virtually disappeared due to Russian government’s inability to decide which technology guides it’s willing to surrender to China. Equally important factors seem to be Russia’s unwillingness to sell China licenses for making sold technology on its own and China’s growing worry over Russian arms sales to India.

If Russia has a concern over sharing its defense technology, shouldn’t we be just a little bit concerned?
