Bodybuilding Tips At Toastmasters

Once I took this class at a toastmasters. I guess you can say it wasn’t really a class, more like a club. It was weird because the whole club was filled with bodybuilders. And every week, they would give speech after speech filled with bodybuilding tips. How to get ripped, the best way to get tan before a competition, how to avoid injury, and the best frequency for training to exhaustion. I had no idea that simple idea, training to exhaustion where you can barely move, is such a debated topic in the bodybuilding industry. That’s probably why a lazy guy like me isn’t a bodybuilder.
