Experiencing Lower Back Pain
Yesterday, after shoveling mounds of snow, I experienced back pain for the first time in my life. When my mom and dad called last night I happened to mention it. My dad started lecturing me about going to see someone right away. He has had chronic lower back pain my entire life and sees a chiropractor on a regular basis. Now I am going to make an appointment with one so I don’t have to suffer like he has. I’ve seen him miss days of work due to his back and since I live alone I can’t afford to miss that much time. I’d never be able to pay my rent.
