Muscle Gain Truth Q & A

Q:  Hi everyone, I keep hearing in order to see results you need to change up your routine in order to create muscle confusion. I am just starting The Muscle Gain Truth program and it has me doing the same exercises for 26 weeks. Can anyone give me any input on this? Does muscle confusion really matter or should I just follow Sean’s exact workout?

A:  there is a lot of evidence that shows muscle confusion is important to help avoid plateaus. this ‘confusion’ can be applied in a lot of different ways though - changing the order of some exercises, switching workout days, changing the time of day you work out, etc. like n.o.w. has already pointed out, if you follow Sean’s program exactly, you will be implementing ‘confusion’ every 9 weeks (8 weeks workout + 1 week rest).
