Neck Pain Causes

Neck Pain can be caused by injury to muscles, ligaments and tendons or the spinal joints. This may result in a Trapped Nerve. Slipped discs or arthritis may also cause the same thing in which pain can be referred into the shoulder blade and arm. Stress, anxiety and poor posture such as at work on a computer go hand in hand and cause neck problems. Neck pain may also be referred from the heart, liver and gallbladder and even other areas of the body.
