Oil on the Joints

I started noticing how hard it was to walk after I had been on my feet for awhile. My joints would ache and even though I would sit to rest my body, they still hurt. I have a doctor who is a good friend of mine that recommended I massage my joints with oil to relieve the pain. Oil provides Natural Joint Pain Relief. He said any oil would do, but I use some from the natural food store. I like the smell of it and find that the smell also helps to relax me while I am massaging the pain away.
