I found out they had been in business for over 20 years, and I trusted a company that had been around that long. I called and had them come out for a consultation before doing any work. They understood my hesitation and did as I asked. After talking with the technician when they came out, I realized they did know what they were talking about and would be perfect for me. I have never needed to find another company since.
