Biking Safety
My girl scout troop is currently working on a bicycling badge. We have covered the basics of biking and we even went to a bicycle repair shop to review maintenance tips. Now the only thing we have left to do is take a bike ride of at least a half a mile. We will be doing that next weekend. The only reason we haven’t done this yet is because we don’t have the mesh safety vests which are required by law. I’m waiting for these to arrive in the mail. They were supposed to be here a few days again, but we have had a lot of bad weather so they were delayed.
