The First House
My son and his wife just bought their first house. It’s a beautiful old place, and there is a lot of work to do. My husband just gave our son a lot of his old power tools. Before he gave them to our son, he made sure that they all had brand new Makita Batteries. My son is very good at fixing things, so this house will be perfect for him. He told me that there isn’t anything large that needs to be fixed, just a lot of little things. He said that he is going to start in the attic and work his way down.
