Forecloser Properties Available Even After Auctions
First-time buyers and investors who missed a forecloser auction need not worry because it is often the case that many of the foreclosed properties are not sold during the auction. The creditors are left holding the properties and they are often willing to sell these homes at a discount. Moreover, lenders are usually willing to provide easy financing to buyers just to get these properties out of their hands. This is because they do not want their funds to be tied down in these properties and would rather sell them at lower prices so that the proceedings of the sale could be used for their business of lending money.
