Why Kathy Was so Happy
Kathy the loan representative was overflowed with applicants wishing to apply for USDA loans. She called me and told me that she was so grateful and that she wanted to extend a gift to me to show her appreciation for the added work and money. Well I declined the offer, as it wasn’t me that told the neighborhood. It was my sister. Kathy was so happy that she offered to take me and my sister out for dinner. She said that because of the added customers that she was able to pay off her USDA loans! I was happy to hear that.
