Therapy to Ease My Emotional Pain

Due to my traumatic past, I felt that it wasn’t letting me move forward to my present life. Naive me thought that if I just ignored it, the past would finally go away. So on my friend’s suggestion, I finally sought therapy greenville sc that would finally help me. With my therapist, I felt comfortable enough to talk about my past and I never once felt judgement from her. As I kept going to sessions, I started to feel something lifting from me. I realized that it was all the pain that I was holding inside of me. Now I am on the road to recovery and might feel normal again one day.
