Online Training

You can get just about anything online that you could find in a store. But one the greatest things I have found online is the 10k training guide for runners. I have found it to be most useful. All you need is a treadmill and an Ipod and you’re good to go. I have lost a lot of weight following their program, but not only that. I have also improved my endurance level, so I am now able to run a whole lot further. It gives me a great sense of self satisfaction to know I have accomplished an important goal for myself.
