My Job Search is Over
I had no idea that it was possible to work a customer service job out of your home until my best friend started doing it. I decided to go over to her house and watch her work, so I could see exactly what she does. She was basically using a computer linked to the company, which had a Customer Support Software for entering the information. After seeing this, I knew that this what what I wanted to do. She put a recommendation in for me with her employer, and I am now working from home. Other than being convenient, the money is good.
