Get me to the venue on time
I recently shared a conference in Rotorua with around fifty people from different branches of our company, all staying in different rotorua motels. We had a slight glitch with getting to one of our fun team building and dinner venue’s, most of us were delayed due to a shortage in Taxi’s in the region with some of us being up to half an hour late. During dinner later that night, we had a few giggles listening to some stories as a few of our colleague’s ended up being driven from their motels by the manager’s kids. One motel owner called her neighbor to kindly give someone a lift. It ended up being a successful few days of conferencing and team building, thanks to some lovely motel managers.
