I had my Name Changed
I personally did follow through with the name change process after I got married. I do not think I would feel right about being married if I did not take my husband’s last name. To me it makes us feel like more of a family. The feeling is even stronger now considering we have two children. If I hadn’t have taken his name they would definitely wonder about it. I could not imagine explaining to my daughters why my name was differnet from their and their fathers. In my opinion this process is all apart of being married to someone.
